How did you find the inspiration to start your page and take the leap as a content creator?

It started out for me as a fun, creative outlet for me to showcase my love for fashion and décor (I was a Fashion Merchandising major in college). It started to take off from there when I started partnering with companies that helped me promote my own creative side while working together, and it ended up serving as a platform to get myself out there! The challenge of really making something my own has always been a fun thing for me.

What is your overall inspiration for your posts and Instagram feed?

I have a love for all things boho and contemporary. I love to bring warm, bright and cheery vibes to the instaworld!

How did you get your first brand sponsorship, and who was it with?

Some of my first experiences working with brands were brand rep positions for some small businesses who sell childrens’ clothing. I have always and forever supported small businesses!

What are the biggest lessons you’ve learned working for yourself and creating your own personal brand?

Don’t be afraid to think outside the box. I have learned that sometimes taking a big risk in your content can pay off and sometimes it can flop -- it's just part of the trade sometimes!

What is your favorite part of being a content creator?

Just getting to be me and express my creativity freely -- and that I am my OWN boss lol!

Who is your biggest inspiration in the industry and why?

I have SO many but I LOVE @krista.horton 😊

What do you wish people knew about influencers?

That there is a lot of hard work that goes on behind the scenes and it really is a full-time gig!

What is the best piece of advice you have for people who want to build their own social media brand and get started in the industry?

Be yourself, be consistent and always engage with your followers!! They will always appreciate it!
