According to Statista, hotel occupancy had declined by over 32% since the onset of the pandemic. Our client wanted to ensure their hotels were well-positioned as a safe option for getaways for loyal customers while also increasing the number of new customers and loyalty members. Our client's goal was to be seen as a safe travel destination, increase occupancy rates, grow site traffic, gain content properties could use in their marketing, and increase sign-ups for their loyalty program.
